Via E-mail

NOTE: Certain domains, IP address, and other groups identified as having clients or are themselves originators of spam messages have been locked out of our e-mail server.

Current domains which are absolutely blocked because of the rampant use of spam from companies getting these addresses:
.info
.us
.biz

If your e-mail client sends e-mails with html code, you are also blocked out. Remove all html code (including fancy signatures) from your e-mail message. Otherwise, we will never receive the message.

The current list includes (and is expanding every day) domains whose ISP have addresses starting with

200
201
210
220
any 200+ IP address from Asian Pacific Network.
or are from these ISP's. aol.com, hotmail.com, msn.com, yahoo.com

If you send an e-mail, and don't get a response within a few days, it is because your e-mail has been blocked by the firewall. Some messages elicit a return message identifying the specific filter which caused your e-mail to bounce. If this is the case please call us with that specific reference. If you do not hear from us in a few days, please call and identify your e-mail address and it will be passed through the server. When you e-mail us please identify yourself with your company/agency name or some other identifying information beyond just a return e-mail address. We require that we know who we're connecting with.
